4성급이나 실제 체감은 2성급도 안됨. 무료주차할 수 있는 것 외에는 장점이 없으며, 야간에 도착시 호텔 출입구 찾는 것도 힘듦

Lage ansprechend. Gartenanlage gepflegt. Pool war schon geschlossen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Nicht 4 Sterne würdig. Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel hat zu wenig Service Personal. Unser Zimmer war groß,dunkel unter dem Dach und spartanisch eingerichted. Das war ein Zimmer für Gäste mit Hundebegleitung.Es fehlten Gläser und Flaschenöffner für die Minibar, im Bad fehlte die Kleenex Box. Das Dinner im Terrassenrestaurant war gut.Das Frühstücksbuffett war inklomplett, Yoghurt und heisses Teewasser mußte bestellt werden.

Service standards inappropriate

Service was weak. Rachel staff member told us different times/schedule of terraza’ hours. One staff member told us it would open @ 7, while the other told @ 7:15 that it would open much later. When confronted about the Information given to us before, then he looking bothered said: give me a few minutes & we will open. Waited 45 minutes, & no one ever would ask “how can we help you”. I found the staff not friendly enough. @ one time we greeted by saying hello, they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. Cigarral del Alba is far superior

The stay started badly as we were told at booking that we could have two connecting rooms. whilst this was not possible. Apparently, the hotel had problems with the person that dealt with the booking which was no longer working for them. However, the hotel manager did the best to resolve the situation and gave us a suite and he arranged for two single beds to be put in there and the settee to be removed instead. He charged us for one room at the same price + a daily charge for only one child. I think this was more than fair. The hotel is beautiful. the views are stunning. It is a pity that the outdoor pool and bar are not organized better. The bar outside opens only in the evening, and therefore there is no pool bar. If bar was open, this pool and bar would be much more used in the afternoons.Sun beds at the pool are only a few. I think the hotel could and should improve these things. The restaurant's food was good and the restaurant has a terrace with views over the whole of Toledo.

Salimos ayer viernes por la mañana del hotel y al llegar a nuestro destino comprobamos después de revisar concienzudamente, que no teníamos el ebook que habíamos usado en la habitación. Llamamos al hotel para avisar y que por favor buscaran en la habitación. Nos dijeron que no lo encontraron. A nosotros no nos cabe duda de que se quedó allí.

O hotel é bem distante do centro da cidade, mas a vista é linda!!! O quarto era bem simples com cama convencional e travesseiros ruins e a internet apesar de reclamarmos não estava funcionando. O restaurante foi o ponto mais alto!!!

Resort-like ambiance with an excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit outdated and need an update and maintainance. Located close to the city center if you have a car available. Too far to walk.

Travel Tips

The hotel and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The reception was a little cold, the front desk clerk was mildly unpleasant but ultimately helped us settle in. The view are stunning beyond compare. We were highly impressed. Didn't eat on site but found a few tips for those thinking of staying here (far warning, there are no stores nearby).... Because the location is somewhat secluded, you'll have to utilize a taxi if you have no car. The fare's vary (the taxi drivers often change rates depending on time of day, day of week, or holiday) and the taxi drivers do take advantage of tourism (some start the meter at time of dispatch to the hotel, rather then when they pick you up). Overall, it was a positive experience. The vineyard located directly adjacent to the hotel property is by reservation only ... Thee is a playground on site which was an added touch for family's... The town of Toledo is incredible!

Hotel agradable, con transporte al aeropuerto

Hotel muy limpio, con muy buena atención. Ideal para aquellos que están de pasada y que tienen que ir al aeropuerto. La comida del bar-restaurante de muy buena calidad. Tiene estacionamiento si es que llevas tu propio coche.
