"Service was great and the location was perfect. Thank you"

"Clean room with amazing amenities. Just 3-5 mins walk to Kinshicho station which is very convenient. Many restaurants, malls and convenience stores nearby as well."

"Can not rate this high enough! Best stay for our trip, host was very welcoming and accommodating- accommodation was fantastic with everything we needed. Will definitely try and rebook next trip. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"Very Spacious."

"We had an issue with the shower coming on & not having hot water in the kitchen. There was a valve that was shut off & we could not figure it out so we contacted the property owner & they had someone come out & fix it that day. The property is good for 1 family or people that are very close as there is little privacy in the shower room & it is very close quarters. Also, the stairs going up to the room are very steep, so you should consider that. The area is nice & quiet, 7-11 very close & was...

"Location and accommodation fee is too good if we stay in Tokyo in large groups. If we want to park the cars, we will be able to use paid parking near the accommodation!"

"The villa was clean and well located for public transport and convenience stores. The house was well maintained but over crowded with personal stuff. Some extra charges that were not mentioned during the booking."

"Very homely and clean. Kids loved it. Slightly a walk from the train station, but manageable. Close to convenience store."

"Communication was Great an responsive"

"Absolutely the best in every way we needed. Very peaceful neighborhood, especially after the busy areas like shibuya crossing."

"Great house"

"The place was well connected to the train station . Also has a 24hrs family mart very close which is very handy to get some early breakfast. We loved the place very much. Had good sleep."
