I was satisfied with their professional services and great deal of breakfast. For the next time to visit Japan, Id like to stay this hotel with no doubt.
Very welcoming staff. No one spoke english but we both used translator apps to communicate which was very nice! They have 2 vending machines full of drink options and its very close to so many good restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the train. I really enjoyed it. It was very peaceful and quiet at night
My husband thought the bed was a little hard.... He needed his memory foam mattress that he likes at home.
The location is so good for getting on the subway and going out to eat at all the side resturants in the long 3 block alley way you can walk down right by the hotel.... They are doing some construction on the outside but we didnt hear them working though.. The room was good size with the two beds... We would stay there again. Mahalo,
Amazing staff. Great facilities. Lovely breakfast. Close to train station. Couldn’t fault the place and all the little things in sachets was amazing. Coffee. Tea. Face moisture.
Staff was awesome. Close to the subway metro station. Lots of food options nearby under the subway station. They have a microwave that you can use to reheat food. They do have a laundry
Machines, but only two washers and two dryers and it might pick up hard to not use or you have to wait in line. It is still nice that they have it there for you. It’s nice they give free breakfast; however mostly Japanese options.
They do have YouTube on the tv and you can get free old American movies or you can just look at videos. It you have an account, then you can get much more. This was very nice because the other theee hotels that I’ve stayed in Japan and one in Hong Kong, I was unable to get any English speaking shows or they had one channel and they showed the same thing over and over and over. So basically you don’t get any English speaking shows and just don’t watch TV. This isn’t good when you are sick and at the hotel for more than expected.
Overall, I thought the place was great and I was happy to stay there mainly because the staff at the front desk and the cleaning crew and the cooks were all great and helpful.
The area is lovely. Lots of restaurants and close to the train station. Room is a bit bigger then other hotels in toyoko. I would definitely come back.
From the get go the employees were so kind and welcoming. First time traveling to Japan and they made everything so easy for us. 10/10 would come back and will come back !!!
We didn't enjoy the breakfast, dud not cater for western tourists
Breakfast was included, but we just couldn't eat what was on offer, so we had to buy breakfast elsewhere
