We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Inn. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was quite small, but it was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room. The location is excellent and is right next to a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for snacks, drinks, and anything else you might need. Fue una estancia compleja. Las paredes no cubren por completo lo que lo hace complicado por el ruido. La cerradura no es la apropiada, hace mucho ruido. Por lo demás es bueno, tiene una ubicación inmejorable la verdad. La regaderas necesitan mejorar.

まず場所が分かり難い。せめて入り口付近に大きい看板でもあれば良かった。 部屋の鍵をもう少しちゃんとしたものにして欲しい。 隣の物音が筒抜け状態なのは如何なものか。 価格が安いので仕方ない面もあるかと思うが、 次回は予約しないと思う。

スタッフの方は（電話対応も）外国人の方でしたが、日本語が上手で問題なくコミュニケーションできました。部屋も清潔感がありました。何より安いのがいいですね。安かろう悪かろう、かなと思っていましたが、悪い点は無いですね。

寝れれば良いと全く期待はしていなかったのですが、日本の宿としてのパフォーマンスは最低レベルのものでした。まず受付の時点で嫌な予感がよぎりました。外国人の受付の方の対応は不親切で非常に不快でした。やっとのことで部屋に案内され、即寝床に就き、微睡みかけていた時に、突然私のベッドルームの施錠されたドアをガチャガチャドンドン。受付の方が他のチェックイン客の部屋案内で私の部屋を鍵を開けようとしたのです。疲弊していた身体の眠気はそれで覚めてしまいました。そこから隣部屋カップルのイチャツキが深夜2時頃まで続き、一度気持ちの切り替えでシャワールームに行ってみたのですが、不潔な環境に低水圧。多分私が不運であったのでは…とも思いますが、深夜帯に宿を後にすることとなりました。今まで利用したホステルの中でも1番と言って過言ではなく、この料金でこのコスパならば、ネットカフェの利用の方が良いでしょう。総じてオススメはできません。

Jeg ville ikke rigtigt støtte at sove her. Værelserne er meget lydte og man kan kigge ind til hindanden hvis det lyster. Sengene er gode, men det er cirka også det eneste gode. Aircondition står på 25. Grader og det kan ikke ændres. Gardinerne hjælper ikke det mindste for der er lyst på værelset når solen er stået op.

優點：地理位置離地鐵站近、價格不貴 缺點：沒有明顯的招牌有點難找門口、房間之間的牆上方是通的所以隔音超差、沒有給房間鑰匙，所以出門反鎖房門後回來要找櫃檯開門、房間空間很小 整體來說我不會再住第二次

천장의 벽쪽, 즉 옆방의 첮당 벽쪽이 열려있음. 냉방을 값싸게 하기 위함이라고 생각하지만, 옆 방의 소리가 그대로 들립니다. 예민한 분들에겐 큰 고통이겠지요. 하지만, 도쿄의 핵심지에 이만한 가격이 또 없으니 충분히 고려해볼 만 합니다. 단, 예민한 분은 옆방들 소리 때문에 자기 어려울 수 있어요.

いつ使用してもどの場所もとても綺麗だった。 受付のスタッフさんはとても優しく対応してくれた。 駅に近く、隣にはコンビニがあるので、必要なものは買いに行けるし、外出中は自分の部屋の鍵をかけてもらえる。 風が強くて寒かった日は、スタッフさんが「今日寒いですよね、暖房入れますね。」と声をかけてくださった。

急な変更可能性ありの予定のため前日キャンセル可能なこちらの施設を予約宿泊した。4人部屋に2人で宿泊。部屋にはベッドのみで簡易的に泊まるだけの共同宿泊所。この部屋は壁の天井部が30センチほど空いており、ほかの部屋とつながっているもよう。ほかの部屋とは上部の空いた壁で仕切られている、といった様子。前日キャンセル可能の目的にあったのがこれのみだったので仕方ないし、値段は2人で1.2万円ほどでリーズナブル

もはや防音という概念すらない作りでしたが、値段を考えれば仕方ないかもしれません。 シーズンオフに行ったので、スタッフが作業する音で何度も目が覚める以外の雑音はありませんでした。 ただ、Expediaのメッセージ機能には一切反応してくれないので、何かあれば電話を掛けることを勧めます。 携帯電話だし、掛けてもこちらから訊かなければ名乗ることもしてくれませんでしたが、普通に対応してくれます。
