Lovely room, easy to understand instructions for the safe and room service options. Friendly staff. We did not end up using the gym or spa services during our stay but i'm sure they're wonderful. Great hotel just a little walk to the rail station. There's also a shuttle service to and from Haneda Airport. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Like that the check-in and out is with people, can't stand self check-in machines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of great little restaurant around, we recommend Tagoto, a soba restaurant and Shun'ya, an izakaya restaurant. Both were very accommodating to non-Japanese speaking people.
