Loved the location! Breakfast not bad. Room was cramped even by Tokyo standards, poor lighting, subpar bathroom, no water bottles.

Convenient location

spacious room in GINZA at this price. The layout is good and you have room to layout your suitcase too. Also, they have promotion by the time I checked in and have free checkout till 2pm.

Great base for Tokyo

The staff are lovely, efficient and friendly. Overall the hotel is very welcoming. The only small problem I had is that the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, other than that it was spot on

The hotel is located near Shimbashi station, which has lines to the major tourist attractions. There are many shops in Ginza and the area is quiet and clean. There are several Combinis only in a few meters distance. The room was exactly like in the pictures. It is enough for two person but it's not that large. You can only open one suite case at a time on the floor.

Reasonable and convenient.

As a base for exploring Ginza and the surrounding areas, it was ideal. No frills or luxury, but the room was adequate for a solo trip (TV, mini fridge, a decent shower) and clean. Comfortable bed. On a budget, this hotel is affordable and convenient. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at the ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza in Tokyo, Japan, and had a fantastic experience. The staff service was excellent, going above and beyond by providing me with my room key at 8AM as soon as it was ready, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Additionally, the hotel's location is highly attractive, situated very close to the main shopping street, making it convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Ginza gem

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Previously, I stayed here before it became an Accor hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and informative during my last two mornings. Great location and service!

Short biz trip stay

Well located hotel within a 10 minute stroll to nearest exit of East Ginza subway station. At least two convenience stores within a minute's walk away. Hotel is clean, staff is polite, check in and out is smooth and hassle free. Small point - front desk forgot to return my passport upon check-in after they xerox a copy, thought it was a new procedure until I felt it was not very right lol.

Good, safe hotel in Ginza

A wonderful hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Great location in Ginza, close to subways and shopping and 1 stop from Tokyo Station. Very small room but Toyko is known for it. It was helpful that we left our big suitcase there when we went to Kyoto Would recommend this hotel

Good Location for Ginza

Very good location in the Ginza. One block of the main expensive shopping drag. I don’t need to shop but it’s fascinating to see. Walkable to the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. The front desk crowd is very nice. Typical Ibis with a small room that has value. Good price for location.

Stay in Ginza Tokyo

Great location 5-10 min walk to the subway. Friendly staff who spoke English. The breakfast was good with Japanese and international food selections The room was small with the bed against the wall. Modern bathroom with clothesline. I was pleasantly surprised to find the availability of a washing machine and a dryer in the lobby. There are lots of restaurants around. There is a covenience store across the street.

Most other hotels that charge this much provide a lot more luxuries and more spacious rooms. This hotel only provides breakfast if you purchase it and the rooms have very little floor space. It was actually uncomfortable. The pillows were awful. The only thing good about it was that it was clean and the staff are friendly. The amenities they provide can be found at cheaper 1 star and 2 star hotels.

Very small room, but at that price and its Tokyo, so its still OK. Very nice people at the check in. Also clean. The lobby could get an upgrade, just for the optics. Near high class shopping in ginza, the money you saved on the room, go bananas at gucci, prada......... LOL Next subway station is just about a 4min walk away and the area is very save. To save money, i would stay there again.

Hotel Ibis Styles Ginza - A Solid Choice in the Heart of Tokyo We recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Ginza, booking two twin-bed rooms (19 sqm each) on the 12th floor. While both rooms were advertised as the same size, we found the corner room to be slightly larger, which was a definite plus, especially for travelers with more luggage. Room Features: * Space: For Tokyo standards, the 19 sqm twin-bed rooms were a good size. However, I noted that some other rooms are significantly smaller (around 14 sqm), which might be a concern for some travelers. * Storage: While there are no traditional wardrobes, the open racks provided sufficient storage space. * Comfort: The beds were comfortable with clean linens and pillows. * Temperature Control: The air conditioning worked effectively, keeping us comfortable even during the winter months (temperatures ranged from 0 to 10 degrees Celsius). * Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, thanks to excellent daily housekeeping. * Bathroom: The bathrooms, though compact with plastic-sealed fixtures, were functional and clean, with excellent water pressure. Hotel Amenities: * Lobby: The lobby offered basic amenities like a free coffee machine, a microwave, and two coin-operated laundry machines. * Breakfast: The hotel offers an ok continental breakfast at the Thai restaurant in the lobby. * Service: The hotel staff provided friendly and efficient service.
