Incredible service in a way that only Japan can do. Watching the sunset behind mount Fuji from our 38th floor room was pretty epic. Kids loved the pool. Had a great stay and we’ll be back next time.

Wow!!! This was the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. From the check in (in my suite) and the thoughtful welcome gifts to the flawless check out and the personalized birthday message, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I am a fan of all Four Seasons but this one is my favorite, by far. And thank you for the upgrade!!! Wow, just wow. The views, the rooms, the service - all the highest class.

The room had special little touches, such as a cookie puzzle that was waiting on the table when we arrived, which my kids enjoyed.
