The experience was excellent in all respects. The room had a great view and was spacious. Breakfast and evening cocktails/food (included) were some of the best we have had. The location is quite efficient for accessing one of the larger subway/train stations.

The room was nice and spacious. Location is good to explore around Tokyo. Unfortunately we had a bad experience on the last day. They gave us a boxed breakfast instead of canceling ¥5500 breakfast. They gave me a piece of French baguette, two mandarin oranges and a pack of orange juice.

Room was nice with a beautiful view of Tokyo Bay. Service was good, but something was missing. Bathroom needs to be updated & upgraded. I was staying in Seoul, Osaka & Saporo (Lotte & Intercontinental Hotels) and the bathrooms were more up to date. Housekeeping very good job Morning & Afternoon. Concierge incredible! But now the worse part: Breakfast, and it’s not the time to habe a table. It was the time that they took to prepare a coffee “cappuccino” and espresso, 6 nights 4 i didn’t habe my coffe before I finished my breakfast. F&B needs to improve a lot. I didn’t go to the spa i never got the price list for the services. At the end i went outside the hotel for this kind of services. Location is good but is more for a Business than leisure. It’s far from Ginza main street.
