Hair in the bath tub. And overnight i could not sleep well because there was a continuous drip of water enough for a big puddle in the morning. Upon telling them in the morning, they said they will come but no one showed up and we just checked out.

Liked: Cleanliness
Our stay at ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay was wonderful. The bay view was amazing both during the day and the lights at night. The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection of food offerings. The rooms were clean and quiet and the amenities were available at the lobby. A special perk was the wine and juice during the evening. The lobby smelled lovely too. The staff were very helpful even though some of them couldn’t speak English very well. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Monorail and the Rinkai line and a 7-11 store. Overall, highly recommended.
We had an incredible stay at ANA HolidayTokyo Bay! This is officially our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city and to the Haneda airport.
The breakfast was simply divine, with a wonderful variety of delicious options to start the day. But what truly made our stay special was the staff—they were so kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
We fell in love with Tokyo, and this hotel played a huge part in that. It’s located in the best possible spot. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!
The staff was professional and excellent in accommodating any needs and answering questions about travel.
What affected this rating the most are: The central air con unit is not on during winter months so the room was warm and stuffy affecting our groups asthma condition. Hotel provides an air cooling unit however, the ice packs need to be replaced thru out the day to cool down the room to make it comfortable for sleeping.
The breakfast buffet is uniquely set up in a library lounge that has some step ups and downs throughout the floor plan that could provide a challenge depending on which area you are seated.
