The property was tired and run down but really clean and staff friendly we were pleastly surprised. Did need to ask to change damp towels for dry ones. Good nights sleep.

Very friendly staff. Place is old. The shower can hardly fit one person inside. The height of the shower nozzle is approximately at 1.5m which is too low for any adult to fit underneath.

Very suprised with its popularity as it was full both days. Not sound proof ciikd here cobversation next door and noise outside. Very much echos. Otherwise average. Could do with some TLC. Didnt feel safe upstairs on balcony.

Toliets need to be serviced properly sometimes doesn't flush properly. Showers need upgrade as pressure is very poor. Stairs need fixing as they shack whenever anyone walks up and downstairs. Lovely customer service cant wait to stay again
