"I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. I had high expectations after seeing the photos and it didn't disappoint. It's about a 10 min walk to Asahibashi Station (there are stairs fyi). It was super easy to get to/from the airport. This is a newer property so it was very clean and staff were friendly. The AC works great, beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure and the carpet is plush/did not feel dirty (as expected for a new hotel). I did not get to experience the actual pool but at sunset it looked very beautiful ~ there is a free drinks hour at 6-7 (wine/beer/juice). Breakfast buffet was okay/smaller selection but had a good variety. The other thing to note is they do not clean/go into your room every single day (I think they do every 3 days to be eco-friendly) but we saw lots of people leave their garbage bins outside and they quickly discarded it every day. They also leave new towels every day which was convenient. I had run out of box tissue one day and left the empty box outside and they gave me a new one once i returned in the evening. I recommend putting some hooks on the walls in the room& bathroom as there was no closet space. Also to put more microwaves or make a dedicated microwave room as there were many laundry rooms on different floors but only 1 microwave found. Additionally you can only wash AND dry .. you cannot dry clothes alone. Overall I'd still highly recommend staying here~"

"Very solid 5/5 hotel and enjoyed my stay! The single room was a good size, typical of Tokyo-sized hotels. The location is so nice and quiet, and about 10mins walkable to the bus station and easy to take taxi to everywhere else. There is a 7Eleven around the block if you need anything from a convenience store. I love that there is a washer and dryer if you need to do your laundry. The facility is clean and top notch."

"The hotel itself was really nice and new but there was a few things we weren’t happy with. False advertisement with amenities - cost an extra 1,100 yen per person just to use the pool and sauna! Also they will sneakily charge you 1,500 yen per day just to park your car? This they did not tell us upon check in. We arrived an hour before check in and asked about early check in only for them to say our room is ready but it will cost us an extra 1,100 yen to check in just one hour early?? We waited and then 10 mins before the designated check in time asked if we can check in and be shown our room and they again made us wait a small 10 minutes. Would not stay here again sadly."

"The place is dated, the rooms stinks. We tried 2. Is moldy the are way very dusty. I had a hard time breathing. Not recommended and Expedia should remove from their listing."
