La puerta no cerraba de la habitación no funcionaba bien. No había toallas de mano y un poco de ruido por la mañana en domingo. Están remodelando, deberían reconsiderar los trabajos en domingo ya que una va a descansar. Por lo demás, buen servicio.

Buena hospitalidad, nadamas el único detalle en todos los hoteles de tlaxcala, hay que desperdiciar mucho agua para que pueda salir agua caliente

La atención no es mala pero tampoco tan buena, la regadera costaba un montón regularla a modo que no saliera tan caliente, para empezar solo le salían como 3 hilos de agua, si estaba limpio el baño pero no tan excelente, las camas se podría decir que si están bien y lo malo también es que para pedir algo en la recepción hay que ir hasta donde están, no hay teléfono, la verdad no fue muy buena

Cerca del centro, pero hay mejores.

La atención del personal fue realmente buena, pero el hotel tiene muchos puntos para mejorar. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, las cortinas dejan pasar muchísima luz y las almohadas son extremadamente incomodas. El baño no estaba limpio, tuve que reportarlo con la recepción
