Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Avoid at all cost

Fake B&B - misleading photos and publicity - this is just an apartment on the 2nd floor of a seedy building (which did not even feel safe) that is converted to 3 bedrooms and a tiny kitchen area with 3 small tables for breakfast (Covid 2m social distancing not possible). It is directly on perhaps the busiest and noisiest street in Tivoli (right behind the purple flowers in the photo), so there is a high volume of road noise in the room. We were so horrified that we left - the owner said he would not charge our card, but apparently did as we drove away and did not answer his phone afterwards. I only wish I had the reflex to take photos as we ran away from this place.
