"Absolutely disappointing stay. From the moment we arrived, things were off. The room was not properly cleaned—there were visible stains, dust, and an overall musty smell that made it uncomfortable to even relax. To make matters worse, the rooms had mosquitoes, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. The staff was extremely unprofessional and came across as disrespectful. Instead of helping, they would mock or laugh at simple questions, which made the experience even more frustrating and uncomfortable. Parking is very limited, so be prepared to struggle if you have a car. Another major inconvenience is that you are not allowed to bring or order outside food because they force you to use their restaurant, which felt very restrictive. Be aware that they will also charge extra for toddlers over 3 years old, which was not clearly communicated upfront. On top of that, they will charge you if the sheets get stained—whether it’s blood or anything else—even if it’s a small or accidental stain, typically around $10–$20. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely worked, and many of the amenities advertised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The bar was underwhelming and not well-stocked. At night, they shut all the lights down and there is no staff available—only a guard outside the gates—so if you need anything, you’re basically on your own. Overall, this place does not match what is advertised at all. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this hotel."
