L'hôtel était très beau et très propre, c'est plus la prestation expédia qui nous vends un hôtel grand luxe à Un prix raisonnable et à l'arrivée nous avons la surprise d'avoir Une taxe équivalente au prix déjà payé et nous n'avons pas d'autres solutions que de payer Sinon pas de chambre et nous perdons l'argent versé, nous sommes pris en otages

The first carpeted room we got at first was filthy dirty but the Manager explained that it’s because the carpets are old and she actually moved us to another room without carpet whis was fabulous and clean we really appreciate her moving us to another room

My kids enjoyed the pool, the staff during breakfast were so lovely. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The lifeguard at the pool was so professional. unfortunately breakfast was so basic. There should be an improvement Stayed for 7nights

Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Kamers waren wel gedateerd. Mooi groot zwembad. Jammer dat het zwembad om 18:00 uur werd gesloten en dan moest je ook vertrekken (niet te tijd om even op te drogen). Verder was het jammer dat er tot 18:00 uur harde muziek gedraaid werd. We konden elkaar niet goed verstaan. Maar verder heerlijk zwembad.

Mooi schoon hotel met prachtig groot zwembad. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht over Tirana is schitterend. Het ligt op een berg iets buiten de stad, maar het centrum is prima bereikbaar met een taxi.

Stunning views from our balcony (during day and especially night time!), the hotel is located at a 12min ride from the city centre and the restaurant has an amazing menu! the pool was lovely and not busy (no need to rush or anything for a spot). Rooms were nice and spacious and (luckily) equipped with aircon. The waiting staff was super friendly and especially Ande made our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tirana

We travelled with two young children and had a wonderful stay. Our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities. The hotel offers beautiful views over Tirana and is conveniently located close to the cable car. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, particularly in terms of variety and overall quality. Aside from that, our experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to other families visiting the area.

Very disappointing experience. The breakfast had a very limited selection and did not meet the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The variety was poor, and the quality did not match the hotel’s rating at all. The worst part of the stay, however, was the treatment at the pool. My travel companion was wearing a burkini, which is specifically designed for swimming and made from proper swimwear material. Despite this, she was asked to leave the pool area. Only after she refused to leave did the staff eventually allow her to swim. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and ruined the mood for the rest of the trip. As a Muslim guest or a covered woman, you definitely do not feel welcome here. On top of that, I had brought my own Pepsi Max to the pool, but I was told by the manager that I was not allowed to have it there and had to take it back to my room. If guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks, the hotel should at least make sure to offer a wider selection. At the same time, we saw other Albanian guests, with their own bottles, without the staff reacting in the same way. It felt like the rules were not applied equally. Overall, the service was poor, the experience was uncomfortable, and the hotel’s 4-star rating feels completely misleading. If you are Muslim, covered, or simply expect good service and basic manners, I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel in Tirana.

The pool was amazing and restaurant was delicious. It was really nice to have the world cup on at the bar for everyone to watch. The pool staff was awesome but the bar staff were a little dismissive towards us.
