    Rocha Views is located on a small hill with incredible views over banana and avocado plantations onto the sea on the west side of the island. Its location allows the guests to enjoy the sun all throughout the day.

    The property is located at roughly 350 meters above sea level which guarantees day time temperature of 26 C in the summer and 22 C in the winter. Between October and April there are 3 days of rain per month on average, while the rest of the year is dry.

    The villa has three double bedrooms (king size beds) and two bathrooms, a living room with panoramic views to the sea thanks to the 2 meters wide glass door and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large south-facing patio which is ideal for breakfast. The west side of the house is wrapped by a long terrace, perfect for capturing the beautiful sunsets. On the north side of the property there is a private outdoor space - great for al fresco lunch or dinner.

    La Prosperidad supermarket is well stocked and only 3 minutes away by car. Next to it there is a small bar / restaurant that serves delicious traditional Spanish dishes like tortilla, croquets, etc. They also do take away.

    The closest beach is Puerto de Tazacorte, roughly 15 minutes by car. This volcanic beach, hence the black sand, is the largest on the island. The pleasant temperatures make it possible to swim all year around.

Genni ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, wir wurden verwöhnt mit Wein, Wasser, leckeres Obst, Eier und Süßigkeiten - war richtig Weihnachten. Alles sauber, modern eingerichtet. Pool, große Terrasse mit Pool und wunderbare Aussicht. Wir waren nun das 2. Mal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tuvimos une estancia perfecta: Los caseros eran muy majos y bien dispuestos. El sitio de la casa era tranquilo, pero por otro lado bien conectado con supermercados y lugares turísticos. La casa tenía todo que se necesita y estaba muy limpia. Podemos recomendar la casa sin duda.

Die Anreise mit dem Auto (ohne ist es eher schwierig) war problemlos und einfach zu finden. Die auffahrt ist ebenfalls gut zu begahren. Wir sind ins Haus gekommen und waren sofort begeistert. Alles ist wie beschrieben und ein frischer sehr angenehmer Duft begrüßte uns. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher, selbst für den Poolbereich. Es ist an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Genni als Vermieterin war von Buchung bis Abschluss unserer Reise jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat sich in allen Belangen sehr gut und schnell um uns gekümmert. Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage und ist top ausgestattet. Hier hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Ruhe, die fantastischen Blicke, den Pool und die Entspannung wirklich mehr als genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Das fing schon damit an, daß Genni uns persönlich empfing und uns das Haus und die Terrasse zeigte.Das Haus ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Der Höhepunkt ist aber definitiv die Terrasse. Dort befindet sich der große Infinity-Pool mit wunderbarem Blick auf die unterhalb liegenden Avocadobäume, Bananenplantagen und das Meer. Dass es am Pool Sonnenliegen gibt ist normal. Dass es dazu aber auch noch eine große Ecklounge mit Tisch, einen überdachten Bereich mit Outdoorküche, Grill und großem Tisch gibt ist außergewöhnlich. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar geeignet, um die Zeit dort zu genießen, vom Frühstück am Esstisch über den Tag am Pool bis zum Abend auf der Lounge mit Sonnenuntergang und Sternenhimmel.

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Genni. Ze is een zeer aangename gastvrouw en behulpzaam. De villa was perfect: zeer goed uitgerust met allerhande benodigdheden, welkomstpakket met streeksgebonden en vooral zéér proper. Om bij de villa te geraken heb je zeker een (huur)auto nodig. We hebben erg genoten van de stille omgeving, het prachtig uitzicht, zeer leuk zwembad, de hagedissen rondom en vooral de sterren aan de hemel die erg goed zichtbaar zijn. Het was gewoon genieten van begin tot het einde...

Idyllische Villa mit Aussicht

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer, große Terrasse mit sagenhaftem Pool. Gennifer hat bei der Anreise bereits auf uns gewartet, uns willkommen geheißen und alles erklärt, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles von Beginn bis Ende unkompliziert und immer mit Rat und Tat an unserer Seite, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Alles, was man braucht, ist da: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife, Kochuntensilien für die Küche und die Outdoor-Küche, es ist für alles gesorgt. Dazu noch sauber mit jeder Menge Platz für uns. Einkaufen waren wir im Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto flott zu erreichen ist. Auch den Kiosquo haben wir ausprobiert, es war sehr lecker und die Inhaber sehr freundlich und geduldig. Zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, Eier und Avocados. Auch das hat uns natürlich riesig gefreut. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Danke!!!!!!!!!!

Tout s'est très très bien passé ! Super content , tout est dispo pour passer de superbes moments de détente, de partage en famille et amis. Nous y étions pour la Transvulcania, et c'était très pratique d'être aussi proche de Los LLanos et du mirador del Time au km 60 de la course. Puerto de Tazacorte est très proche pour aller se reposer à la plage et profiter d'un restaurant de cuisine locale vue sur mer. Sinon il y a plein de belles choses à voir dans les environs proche (moins de 1h de voiture).
