I went to this hotel because the website said they had spa and sauna. And I paid the price for these services. What a surprise when I got there, the spa and sauna were under construction but nothing was said on their website. They asked if I wanted to go to another hotel in the middle of a public holiday, of course I could not go to another hotel and had to stay there. They said I was wrong, that their website advised they were under construction. I opened the website in front of them and it did not say anything. They did not apologize. I went to the bedroom and had requested 2 twins beds and it was confirmed by email. When I opened the bedroom door, it had a queen bed. I decided to have lunch while they sorted the room out since the restaurant would be closing in 45 min. Later went to have a shower to relax but it was not working properly. Breakfast is from 7:30am to 10 am but you have to choose between 3 shifts in order to have your breakfast. If you choose to have your breakfast at 8:30am you cannot go earlier. I went there with the intention of relaxing for a few days and ended up being upset. It was a nightmare. Besides the astronomical prices at the hotel and Pipa. I do not recommend this hotel.

Boa tarde! Infelizmente a estadia foi bem ruim! Tomei um abuso enorme pelo hotel! Já havíamos ficado no hotel por 2 outras oportunidades e dessa vez a experiência foi ruim! Bem ruim. Primeiro, era uma confraternização e o hotel implicou com tudo! Estávamos na beira da piscina na sexta à noite, sem excessos, sem gritaria, mas apenas conversando, com o som de uma pequena caixa de som baixa, e simplesmente nos mandaram dormir! Inclusive um senhor, que não sei quem é, mas parecia ser gerente, foi muito grosseiro e mal educado. Horrível! Já chegou dizendo q não aceitavam confraternizações 😱! Ficamos pensando: como assim? Um hotel de praia, que avisamos que faríamos nossa confraternização. Péssimo Outra situação… as crianças estavam brincando e correndo! Mandaram que elas não corressem!!! Como assim!?!?! Num hotel que tem estrutura e aceita crianças??? Terceira coisa: toalhas de piscina!!! Não trocam as toalhas molhadas?!?! Inacreditável!!! Quarta coisa: café da manhã com hora agendada e cordinha fechada?!! Sinceramente!!! Parecia um quartel! Um retiro! Péssimo, péssimo péssimo! Não volto mais Sim… os funcionários do hotel pareciam fiscais! A impressão que deu era q estávamos fazendo tudo fora das regras e tínhamos que ser controlados. Jamais, em toda minha vida, passei por algo assim. Fica o registro.

Hotel com estrutura muito boa, piscina excelente, academia boa, no período que fiquei tinha programação para crianças. O café da manhã é bom, mas a ressalva que fica é sobre a questão do horário, onde o hóspede precisa agendar um horário, e este não pode ser mudado. O que ao meu ver gera um incômodo, pois essa prática parece mais com exército do que com um lugar para o lazer. Vai ter dias que a pessoa quer acordar mais cedo, para curtir a praia, ou vai querer dormir um pouco mais, mas não vai poder, se não perde o café. Enfim, única ressalva.

O quarto que ficamos precisa de modernização. As camas eram confortáveis e a roup de cama era de qualidade. O atendimento no restaurante e café da manhã foram muito bons, na piscina, também. O café da manhã é na medida certa, foi excelente. O único ponto negativo foi um recreador que estava visivelmente fora de sintonia com os demais. Foi rude e impaciente com algumas crianças, comportamento não verificado com outros. No todo, é muito bom para famílias.

Quarto grande e confortável. O hotel é espaçoso e piscina muito boa com muito espaço Kids . O ponto muito negativo é bar da piscina fechar muito cedo , piscina infantil apagar as luzes muito cedo e restaurante comida de custo benefício péssimo. Não recomendo comer lá.

Fiquei muito revoltado em ter que pagar 100,00 por uma toalha de piscina que minha esposa deixou na em cima da mesa (da piscina), e que esquecemos de pegar e devolver. Com certeza ela foi recolhida pelo staff do hotel e não extraviada. Por isso minha indignação, pois vi vários hóspedes passando pelo mesmo problema. O procedimento é tão estranho que os 100,00 tiveram que ser passado numa maquininha diferente da que foi pago todo o consumo do hotel. Muito esquisito!

Hotel muito ruim e com preços exorbitantes

Hotel com serviço muito ruim, comida de pessima qualidade e tudo muito caro, com preços exorbitantes. Café da manhã muito fraco. Tinha uma aranha caranguejeira enorme dentro do meu quarto com minha bebê(tenho fotos). Um perigo!! O hotel é muito inflexível e cobra extra de tudo. Minha filha ficou doente 3 dias antes do meu check-in e solicitamos a isenção da multa de cancelamento, o que foi rejeitado pelo hotel. Achei muita falta de sensibilidade do hotel. Não sabem fidelizar o cliente. Fuja desse hotel pra não ter dor de cabeça. Tem outros muito melhores em pipa.

Muito a melhorar nos quartos

Gostei muito da estrutura do hotel num geral. Mas acho que deveriam ter quartos pra famílias maiores. A limpeza do meu quarto e qualidade dos travesseiros e cortinas deixou muito a desejar. Acordava com a claridade na minha cara pq o lugar tinham muitos vidros e os black outs caíam a toda hora do lugar. Acho que a parte esportiva tbm poderia melhorar. Eles tem espaço pra fazer uma quadra de beach tennis ou campinho pras crianças.

Decadente

Infraestrutura muito boa para crianças, mas o quartos precisam de uma remodelação e reforma urgentes. O banheiro estava com as cubas trincadas, paredes sujas, chuveiro gotejando, ausência de shampoo e condicionador, e por fim, a lixeira era amassada e enferrujada.
