Razoável

Hotel bem antigo, as pessoas que trabalham nele são ótimas, mas com poucas condições de trabalho, não funciona o telefone deles, não tem telefone nos quartos para falar com a recepção, não tem serviço de quarto, no primeiro dia não tinha água para beber, o quarto quando amanhece é muito claro! Não tem ngm para ajudar a levar as coisas pro quarto e eles são longes, se não tiver de carro é mto ruim! A comida não é tão boa.

Foi uma boa experiencia... No check-in fiquei um pouco assustado, pois os quartos ainda não estavam pontos, não teve um controle covid, depois de uma espera ao chegar no quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Mas és que surge a Colaboradora Suzana que incrivelmente me fez se sentir acolhido e mudou minha percepção e salvou minha diária.

Boa Localização

O hotel é muito bom para o valor cobrado, apenas deveriam ser mais claros com relação ao caminho ingrime até os chalés, piscina e restaurante.

Infelizmente foi o hotel mais ruim que me hospedei em toda minha vida. Hotel com funcionários desatenciosos, pois chegamos com três crianças por volta das 18:30, já estava bem escuro e nenhum funcionário nos levou até o chalé, o qual se encontrava em local com pouco iluminação e esquisito, como todo o hotel em si. Os quartos eram escuros, possuíam odor de mofo, cortinas empoeiradas, camas ruins, tinha rã no banheiro, ar condicionados sujos, fios de televisão para fora. Quanto ao café da manhã este com certeza não há nem qualificação, pois praticamente não tina nada, café frio e ruim, apenas duas qualidades de pão, bolos velhos, tapioca fria, resumindo, péssimo! Em relação ao serviço da área de lazer, pedimos água de coco para nossas filhas de 4 anos, simplesmente não tinha e o funcionário também falou que não iriam comprar. Um absurdo! Uma vez que, estávamos em uma praia do Nordeste repleta de pés de coco, mas o hotel se nega a comprar para vender e conquistar clientes e hóspedes. Não sei como um hotel desse ainda continua aberto.

Quartos amplos

O hotel é bem agradável e possui quartos bem amplos. O café de manhã deixa um pouco a desejar e o hotel fica um pouco distante do centro de Pipa, mas para relaxar é bem legal. A wifi não funciona nos quartos. O proprietário foi bem atencioso conosco.

Hotel péssimo,escuro, sem serviço de quarto.

Quarto com cama horrível de dura, lençóis fininhos e não tinha edredom. Banheiro sujo. Encontrei baratas e rãs. Não tinha serviço de quarto. A piscina maravilhosa, mas não tinha garçom no bar molhado.

Hotel limpo e aconchegante

O ponto forte do hotel é a piscina gigante. A limpeza é impecável e os funcionários são muito corteses e atenciosos. O hotel pecou pela falta de comida disponível no restaurante para compra. Tem um bom café da manhã.
