The location alone is unbeatable, right in the historic centre and the views from my room overlooking the Berlin Cathedral were truly breathtaking. "Per and Fanny on the reception desk were SO helpful and welcoming. I had a wonderful view from my lovely room that was switched when I arrived. I was so happy. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh and healthy. The train is next door. The leaflets in the front reception told me about galleries I didnt' know about and went to (Helmut Newton). I was round the corner from the Neue Gallery museum. Close to so many things. Gropius Bau gallery so close. Checkpoint Charlie. and SUPER easy to get to from the airport. The bar/lounge/terrace is so warm and welcoming. The sandwiches in the reception late night are a great idea and were fresh and reasonable price. WONDERFUL experience. I didnt want to leave. "
