"I really liked the basic feel of the room, it had everything I needed. Parking was easy, and the lot was well lit at night. Street noise was low. Staff very friendly and helpful. The morning tea and coffee in lobby was a welcome touch. The room linens and towels were fresh and clean, and I found the used towels were replaced daily with new ones. Has free Wi-Fi and cable TV. A good experience and the price was right. Would recommend to travelers who want a good value lodging. I didn't get the chance to use the pool, but maybe next time. Easy access to 101 made it a breeze to get around."

"Me registré a las 10 pm , salí a cenar y al regresar: la llave digital de mi habitación no abrió la puerta, me dirigí a recepción para que me abrieran la puerta y no había nadie; solo un letrero que decía que disculpara las molestias y que regresarían a las 6 am. Así que tuve que solucionar mi problema como pude."

"The hotel room isn’t right with the carpet, the smell is unbearable and needs to be upgraded. Also the bathroom is floor is sinking in not safe and needs immediate repairs all inside with everything. The scent is bad along side with nasty stains all over the carpet."

"First room we were assigned to had suicide notes, and about 500 pages of jail notes, restraining orders and such. It scared us and we went to the front desk and asked for a new room. This was granted. When we got the new room, electricity was not working with a few of the lights. Then we received a phone call from another guest that had been relocated to another room for the same reason. I feel that housekeeping should have removed the contents of the first room, and when we were reissued another room, it should not have been one that was rejected by prior guest earlier that day. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand. This hotel was chosen because we wanted a nice relaxing stay. Instead we basically experienced chaos the entire stay "
