"The bath door look was not working. Requested the cleaning ladies in the corridor to replace towels but never got done. The exhaust fan in bathroom was too loud. Room temperature fluctuates in the middle of the night."

"Rude staff, bad customer service, my car got hit and run in the hotel parking they didn’t do anything about it, they didn’t go back to the cameras even!!! Old rooms and furniture, nothing good about this place, I checked out a day early even because of the way the hotel is."

"Awful experience. Ended up getting two days refunded , which I then had to fight for after the hotel offered it to me. The rooms were dirty,TV and lights would come on at different hours in the day. Lights turned off on you while you were in the shower. Staff was rude to me while checking in blaming me for things that I didn't do another staff member chimed in and said it was actually one of the staff members not messed up but not me.The one that was rude to me never apologized. She was more irritated that the other lady helped me. Night staff asleep at the desk. Then when he goes home at 630am he revs his motorcycle. All ice machines down. Would not recommend and I'll never go back. "

"The breakfast is good. The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful and they have a little snack area as well complementary toothbrushes and toothpaste, and you can still see magic Mountain from the hotel."
