"Nicely located as I was able to walk to almost everyplace I needed. The flat was a nice size and was decorated well. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was perfect, the walk-in shower was the perfect size. The kitchen was more than adequate for my extended stay. I was definitely pleased with this booking."

"We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...

The shower was Luke warm and hardly more than a dribble, still not sorted after 2 nights. We were cold at night and requested blankets for the next night, but was dismissed via text as not being available. The kitchen sink didn’t have a working plug, so made washing pots difficult. "Lovely setting but no one there to give us the key even though we’d sent 2 emails requesting info regarding collection with time of arrival. Noise from 9pm TIL 4am so couldn’t sleep. "Parking was fine as the car park was almost empty, restaurant was closed and not likely to open any time soon. Bar was open but it only served bottled beer and it was £5 a bottle. Room and en suite was ok but a bit unloved. I had to go out to eat which was a pain as I really didn’t know the area and I definitely wouldn’t go back. "
