The location was excellent—central to everything, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We also loved having an ocean view, which made the stay feel extra special. "Staff very helpful and room was clean if a little dated. But very comfortable bed. Good having use of kitchen so we could cook food ourselves. We had the en-suite which had a great shower too. Lovey to also socialise with some of the other guests from the Netherlands and Germany. "

"The property was clean, spacious and is located at a great location near all lookouts the 12 Apostles. The check in process was easy and front desk is manned between 8 an and 8 pm which makes it convenient. In addition, the check out time is 11 am which help when you are packing up and travelling with kids. Some good food choices walking distance to the town centre. Recommend staying if you want to explore the Great OCean Road and surrounds. "

"We have great place to stay for 1 night and nearby have some restaurant. Also very good. And the beach view are very close to the hotel. Lovely to stay before we visit Twelve Apostles next day. Drive to for around 15mins. If not rush to sight seeing for Great Ocean Road. Stay 1 night is good suggestion."

It's so clean and all necessities in the bathroom are so nicely organized, and it's walking distance to grocery and the closest lookout is only a short 10mins walk." Easy communication with the host and driveway can fit 2 cars. We will definitely stay there again next time if we go to the area again. "
