"We got the executive room, and the bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on the mattress. I was very glad to leave this hotel room. I also heard from friends staying on the second floor that it was very warm in the rooms upstairs, and there’s no AC. For these 2 reasons I wouldn’t stay here again."

"i like staying at this hotel and the rooms are always clean. The bar restaurant area was a real mess! Untidy, old food plates and glasses/cups everywhere. Floor dirty and unkempt. My salad was less than ok. not a described, missing ingredients. The staff were over run and under real pressure Will stay again, definitely won't eat."

"Lift "Out of Order", Jacuzzi "Out of Order", Chef "Out of Order". This is not a 4 star hotel, they seem to be struggling to maintain it and staff it sufficiently. After waiting one hour ten minutes for our food, two out of three meals were awful; dry, tasteless and covered in red chillies to disguise them. Most staff were lovely, they have a tough job there though."

"Voco is a nice hotel, however it is quite a walk to the centre of Oxford and not really centel as it might claim. I was dissapointed with the cost of parking even though there is lots of parking available and Voco is very expensive you still had to pay more for parking and the EV charging was also very expensive."
