"Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna! "

The views from the hotel were incredible and it was truly a 5 star hotel. Breakfast one of the best and most varied we have ever encountered. Room was spacious and comfortable. A short taxi ride from Sapa town centre. Superb!"
