"There was hair on the sheets, under the sheets, under the liner. There were pee and coffee stains on the liners. I didn’t even check the whole bed(s). The lamp was covered in dust. The curtains were shredded on one side. The room smelled. The bathtub was destroyed. There was splatter on the bathroom door. The sink, faucet and mirror were not clean. We had to buy air freshener. I was too tired from the driving and I had a torn meniscus so I couldn’t deal with switching rooms till the next afternoon. Thankfully hotels.com got us a partial refund because the hotel tried to charge me for the full three days. We left and went to the Hilton which cost $375 for one night but it was worth it."

"Dirty rooms, rude staff, didn't even bother try breakfast"

"This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass."

"The outdoor pool was green and not maintained. It was the beginning of May so it should have been ready for use. The shower curtain in the room was too short so water leaked out with every shower. The A/C unit sounded like a dying animal when the compressor kicked on making sleep difficult. I’ll be staying somewhere else from now on!"

"Dump! A/c did not work. TV did not work. Couch in room looked like a homeless colony had been sleeping on it. Front desk girl had the worst attitude. "

"AC and heating was working. The beds were clean but everything else was filthy. No it wasn’t just dust. There were stains everywhere and the floor dirty. Shower was okay. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are on a low budget. Breakfast was bad. No water provided and no one available to ask for some. They still provided a tip jar lmao. The audacity. "
