"This is an absolute haven of tranquility and you don’t expect a lodge like that while driving down the East coast of Raiatea. The garden is stunning and you can read about all the plants. By the small beach is a lily pond and the hillside is a jungle of the most amazing vegetation. I was greeted very warmly and shown around, there is a beautiful communal area with a kitchen that is fully stocked and then you have little spaces in and outside of the fridge for the things you buy for yourself. There are no meals offered, you have to prepare them yourself. "

"Owner was really good to communicate with and the place was very nice. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and the kayaks added some entertainment to the stay. We would stay there again. It was just me and my wife but there was plenty of rooms for others. Laundry worked great for us.Raiatea is beautiful but eating options are limited Sunday and Monday."

I truly don’t believe any resort or island in the area could hold a candle to this property. World class snorkeling and reef exploring. Amazing cuisine. Delightful staff. Comfortable, functional and beautiful accommodations. We have visited several countries and stayed at many properties and Eden for now is absolutely number 1 and will always remain in my memory. "

"Everything, from the welcome to daily life, was amazing. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality, and dinner (which was included in our deal) was also enjoyable every night! The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!"
