it was overall amazing, very nice staff specially Mr. Emrollah, spa and reciption ladies. my only concern is about the sink design in showers, it is not good enough to avoid leaming water to the whole rest room.

Klasik bir termal otel

Odaya girdiğim an bir koku hissettim. Böyle rutubet kokuyordu. Yemeklerin tadı tuzu yoktu. Özellikle rostonun. Termal havuz güzel fakat kapalı olmasından dolayı çok duramıyorsunuz. Temizlik ve hijyen iyi durumda yerler sürekli siliniyor. Saunaya girmek istedim fakat sauna buz gibiydi. Açılmasını istedim tabi 40 dereceden 70 dereceye 30 dakikada çıktı. Konaklamanın son günü bornoz kurulmadığı için resepsiyondan bornoz talep ettim 2 adet. Tamam getiriyoruz dediler getirmediler
