Viagem maravilhosa do Pedro 10 anos.,

Limpeza, gastronomia, recreação excelente ressaltamos os recreadores Wanderson, Thais, Elias e Carina responsáveis, profissionais e divertidos. Trasporte de van se faz necessário uso escada para facilitar acessibilidade, os motoristas são muito cordiais. Na rampa de acesso a piscina quente é necessário um corrimão, entrar e sair pela piscina fria e ruim choque térmico.

A parte de organização de alimentação ruim.

Eu gostei da estádia, mas tenho só uma coisa acrescenttar que seria na hora das reifeições que é muito tumutuado. Teria que ser divido as refeições por hotel. comida mexida, por várias vezes vi colher suja na colher limpa e pessoas pegando comiga com a mão onde depois outros iriam comer. então essa parte de refeição em um hotel que tem a quandidade de turista não poderia ter apenas um local para refeição de ambos hoteis. Por isso que acho que fica essa desorganização, fila para comer que é horrivel onde vc quer descansar e conforto acaba se estressando . O resto a parte de lazer e quarto achei tudo d eboa qualidade e limpeza ok .

Incrível!

Que lugar maravilhoso! Para quem vai com criança é sensacional! Caso tenha filhos de 4 anos pra cima, sugiro hospedagem no Parc Magique, pois os ingressos são inclusos na estada e o parque é bem legal! Fui com meu filho de 2 anos e a única coisa que eu acho que precisa melhorar um pouco é a recreação para crianças de 0 a 4 anos, achei que tinha pouca variedade de brincadeiras, fora isso nada a reclamar! Todas as refeições com muita opção e variedades, e muito gostosos! O quarto que ficamos achei ok, nem maravilhoso, nem ruim, achei que entregou o que prometeu. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro estava ótima também. Como sugestão, poderiam colocar o check in mais cedo, achei 16h muito tarde, apesar de liberarem o quarto mais cedo caso esteja disponível. Recomendo muito a estada lá, é um complexo gigante com variedades de coisas pra fazer!

Hotel maravilhoso mas pode melhorar!

Eu já conhecia as outras áreas do Le Canton e sempre me hospedava nelas. Porém esta foi a minha primeira vez no Magique e as seguintes questões não me agradaram: a) O tamanho pequeno do quarto luxo para 3 pessoas; b) Por não haver cortina ou blackout, (apenas janela de madeira e outra de vidro translúcido) eu acordava com a claridade dos raios de Sol que passavam pela janela de madeira; c) Área do hotel totalmente aberta e mesmo tendo ficado no segundo andar, não havia como subir pela escada sem molhar minha mala em dia de chuva. Por esses inconvenientes, eu não voltaria a me hospedar no Magique.

Muito bom, entretanto evite quarto conjugado.

Me hospedei em um quarto conjugado. Mesmo realizando o check in cedo e havendo quartos ainda a serem ocupados, não consegui a troca. Acústica muito ruim. Mesmo a família que ocupou o outro quarto não fazendo nada de anormal, pareciam estar dentro do nosso quarto.

Excelente!!! Lugar lindo e comida ótima!!!

Há uns 3 anos ficamos hospedados na Fazenda Suíça e não gostamos muito da alimentação. Também não podia almoçar nos restaurantes do Village. Resolvemos dessa vez ficar hospedados na ala Magique onde o parque Magique da está incluso na diária. A experiência foi totalmente diferente. A comida estava incrível, todos os dias!!! Muitas opções e todas com muita qualidade. O quarto SUPER silencioso mesmo que ao lado do parque. Fizeram um ótima reforma no parquinho do castelo. Áreas super bem conservadas. Uma boa recreação, mas que pode ser melhorada. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. As piscinas são ótimas e todas climatizadas, deixando a água com uma temperatura agradável. Ter o ingresso incluso do parque é muito bom haja vista que o valor do ingresso é alto considerando as atrações que são dispobilizadas.

A estadia foi otima , os funcionarios sao super atenciosos , o restaurante maravilhoso , o hotel tem alguns pontos que precisa de atencão , a area kids tinha algumas goteiras , o que deixou o piso umido e com cheiro , o quarto não estava 100% limpo , com poeira embaixo da cama ,para meu filho q e alergico e bem ruim , e outro ponto desagradavel foi a abordagem sobre premiação que na realidade nao existe , uma empresa de turismo para vender pacote de ferias o que toma bastante tempo quando temos poucos dias para curtir toda estrutura do hotel .

Ponto a melhorar: Achei o quarto muito apertado e a televisão não tem canal para criança. Só tem TV aberta. Achei isso um problema muito grande, um hotel para criança, não ter canais infantis.
