Small deluxe boutique hotel near downtown, good location with restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. The courtyard is very calm and well taken care off. Would be useful to have extra towels in the room and a vanity and sewing kit. No children allowed.

Amazing Hotel Spa Boutique The staff was very courteous, they opened the restaurant for us 30 min earlier as we needed to travel back to CDMX Airport. They have a guard dog and 2 people who constantly watch the parking lot and is always locked and secure with a gate. Very safe area, walking to town in 5 min at night and all OK The hotel is beautiful, the view is stunning. The rooms were amazing, very clean and construction and architecture is quite special Finally, the food in the restaurant is really good, worth the extra cost for the convenience as well as the actual quality of the food and service. I had the enchiladas de jamaica that are an extraordinary creation of the hotel spa owner highly recommended!

Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Owners were personally greeting visitors and ensuring stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Food prepared by in-house restaurant Azul Violeta's chef and is delicious and waitress very attentive with service.

Beautiful stay in Tepoztlan

We attended a wedding in Tepoztlan and we found this place by a recommendation of a friend and we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is quiet and the view of the Tepozteco Mountain is just beautiful. The rooms are large with a nice bathroom. The weather was very nice so no need for AC. The staff is supper friendly thank you Fernando.

Absolutely rustic anf nice

We had a great service and the place is charming, typical of Tepoz. The room is basic, AC not available, only a portable air cooler which was not that bad.

La propiedad es muy bonita, comoda y queda cerca de la principal avenida a pie Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y son muy comodas, fui con mi familia y la pasamos bien Tengan en mente que en la noche ya no se encuentra ningun personal mas que el vigilante Como recomendación a la propiedad, revisen la maquina del aire acondicionado que ponen en las habitaciones, tuve que prestarle a mi familia en la otra habitación la mia, ya que la otra no sirvió despues de un rato y comenzó a hacer un ruido muy fuerte (creo que era falta de agua), se tuvo que apagar Por lo demas, fue muy agradable

La propiedad está increíble y nos gustó mucho. Las habitaciones amplias limpias y cómodas. El único inconveniente es que el restaurante no abre todos los días, así que si quieres quedarte ahí a descansar probablemente vayas a tener que salir a comer a otro lado.
