Hotel was beautiful but service was terrible. Staff lied about food and drink service. Restaurant and bar closed early. Our order took too long to arrive and there was no other guest in the hotel. At check out felt like a criminal due to staff telling us we could not leave until room was inspected. Don’t waste your money on this over priced hotel.

I chose this property because of its proximity to the nearby Pyramid and market. The hotel itself was a little rundown: 1. The shelving in the room closet was unusable. The shelves were slanted and not at a 90 degree angle; 2. The lock for the balcony door didn't latch and the hotel was not able to get a locksmith on-site for 2 more days; and 3. The room safe's battery was dead, so we were unable to store valuables. With a little TLC, this place could easily garner some higher star ratings.

Oasis a hora y media.

El lugar es espectacular, se agradece que las albercas y el jacuzzi (tanto el interior como el exterior) la temperatura del agua es caliente. La comida excelente, tienen unos higos rellenos de queso envueltos de cecina que son deliciosos. El desayuno (incluido) no se crean que es continental de rebanadas de pan blanco con mantequilla y café, no, Aqui te sirven y bien. Todos muy serviciales y atentos a cualquier petición. El mercado y las zonas turísticas y de comida, todo a pie, prácticamente dejas el auto en el garage. Todo excelente, ya la hice mi casa de descanso.

Me dieron la habitacion amore mio y aunque esta apartada de la alberca y de la mayoria de las habitaciones la habitacion estuvo increible con 2 balcones y hermosa vista. El desayuno incluido muy bueno y el servicio excelente. Ubicación excelente tambien todo queda caminando. Lo unico que no me gustó es que no te dejan meter nada de comida ni bebida ni si quiera a la habitacion. Pedi una piña colada y una margarita de frutos rojos en el area de la albera y estuvieron muy buenas. El agua del jacuzzi en la parte de arriba del restaurante estaba demasiado caliente , no me pude meter.

Ideal para parejas. Alberca climatizada y el jacuzzi en la terraza esta padrísimo. Excelente ubicación. La comida y bebidas están muy bien. Sin duda se convirtió en nuestro hotel preferido en Tepoztlán. Los chicos que atienden nos trataron muy bien. Nos quedamos en Cuernavaca la noche anterior y olvidamos unas prendas en el hotel, al darnos cuenta lo comentamos y el gerente y la chica de Frontdesk nos ayudaron a conseguir una persona que nos pudiera ayudar para traer las prendas, que obvio tuvo un costo adicional, pero el tema es que nos ayudaron y nos dieron la alternativa. Reitero, nuestro hotel favorito en tepoz.

La atención del personal es increíble y es por lo que yo regresaría, solamente que tienenque dar un poco más de informacióna a la llegada. Las camas son muy cómodas y las instalaciones lindas. Pero, hay cositas por mejorar ya que no hay internet y por lo tanto no TV y hay que mejorar la limpieza en los trastes. La comida del restaurante (comida) deliciosa. Instaciones muy lindas.

Muy buena habitación, el jacuzzi bar increíble, la alberca y jacuzzi al aire libre climatizados y muy bien, el único pero, algo sucia la tina de hidromasaje, al ponerla, con un rastro de polvo leve, aunque funcionaba muy bien el hidromasaje. No me gustó: el agua de la alberca estaba opaca,el des Ayuno con muy pocas opciones, no hay sombrillas en la alberca, la ventana del cuarto que supuestamente daba a la alberca estaba tapada por grandes matas y la cantina, martillazos a las 8.30 de la mañana, la caja fuerte no tiene combinacion sino llave, musica hasta tarde.

mejor opción para relajarse y disfrutar en pareja

Fuimos a pasar Luna de Miel. Desde que llegamos fueron muy atentos. Nuestra habitación imoecble, con todo lo necesarios para disfrutar y relajarse. La alberca y los Jacuzzis Al aire libre funcionan muy bien. A buena temperatura y permitió relajarnos. Tomamos la cena romántica que estuvo genial. Buen sabor y excelente porción. El desayuno también. El personal de todas las áreas siempre fue atento. El mejor lugar para quedarse. Definitivamente regresamos.
