Excelente servicio y comodidad

Super bien la verdad muy bien servicio un hotel muy cómodo y accesible mi esposa y yo disfrutamos del fin de semana muy cómodamente aunque el único pero que podría poner sería que ojalá mejorarán la señal del wifi ya que si fue muy baja la señal tanto que no pude ni conectarme ese sería lo único fuera de eso todo fue muy agradable y cómodo

Un día no hubo agua caliente. Hay una sola persona atendiendo en el restaurante, pobrecita, y además tiene que llevar el servicio a los cuartos y recoger los servicios, necesario poner a más personal.

Las habitaciones muy bien. Tuve un evento y solo llegue a dormir. Me agradó el tamaño de la habitación y la alberca se veia bien. Vi que el horario se la alberca era de 9 - 10 pm, lo cual tambien se me hace buen horario. Otros lugares cierran las albercas a las 8pm Lo malo, la wifi no llega a las habitaciones. 0, nada, no llega.

No fue agradable que nos estuvieran pidiendo las toallas de baño que nunca hubo en la habitación querían que las pagaríamos cuando nunca se nos entregaron. Pedimos nos revisaran maletas para que nos dejaran salir, fue muy incómodo pero fue la única forma de comprobar que no había toallas 😡

Muy mal servicio, te mienten sobre el desayunó de cortesía pues es para una sola persona y fuimos dos, muy mal diseñado, te dicen que puedes pedir huevos al gusto y resulta ser que te condicionan con el platillo que ellos quieren, la noche que me quedé unas personas tenían una fiesta en la alberca molestando a todos los huéspedes con su música y la administración no hizo nada cuándo me quejé,y por si fuera poco al otro día por la mañana otros huéspedes pusieron su música a todo volumen en su auto, y de igual manera no se atendió a la queja. También no funcionaba uno de los focos principales de la habitación. NO RECOMENDABLE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE PÉSIMO
