Room was clean but didn’t have shampoo. Service was great. Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Good selection and the coffee was hot. Plenty of parking area. Only problem we encountered was sometimes the key wouldn’t work right open the door. Had to put ice on the eye wipe it dry, then it would work.

It was my first time there...and overall a good experience. Breakfast served in the morning was a nice touch. My only gripe is that there were no restrooms in the main dining area where they served breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet. Nice area.

I've never stayed at a BW Country Inn before and I don't usually stay at motels. However, my husband is usually ok with almost everything and he didn't feel comfortable here, either. I didn't realize I booked a motel. It was very clean and the bathroom counter was very nice. The walls were very thin I could hear the tv and people next door. The door to the bathroom was hollow and narrow. The bed frame had stains on it. The chair had a velvet looking removable cover. The carpet was very old and worn and I didn't want to remove my shoes. I asked through Expedia if I could get credit if I checked out now. They called the office and it was denied. This room is too much at $175. We found a suite at a Comfort Inn for about another $75 that was so much better with more beds for our kids. Maybe Temecula is an expensive area for hotels. Both seemed costly to me but no one felt comfortable at the BW Country Inn. We've stayed at BW several times and really enjoyed them.
