Great Spot in Walking Distance to Town

The check in and check out process was super easy, and room was ready upon our arrival. The location is right by the water and a short :05 walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Great location, walkable to everything, very clean and comfortable.

The room appeared clean until we looked at the floor. It had not been vacuumed and they was food on the floor. The bed was way too hard, we barely slept. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price.

We were about to start our 5 day backpacking trek from Telluride to Ouray on the Mt. Sneffels traverse hut to hut system. Just needed a place to stay after a long drive. We were only there for one night. The location was great and walkable to everything. Quiet, clean, basic amenities, comfortable bed, large bathroom and in high season Telluride, one of the more affordable options we could find. Not a fancy place but definitely adequate for what we needed.
