Very good in general. Basement room not very good.
The location is great, recommend two hands down! Nice restaurants and amenities near by and lots of interesting things at walking distance. Cleanliness and staff are great, but overall a little rustic. It's a bit complicated getting and returning the key as you have to walk several blocks to do it, yet the walk to beach to get the key is very nice. My room was OK but I got the basement room which is very humid and bathroom is way too humid and smelly for comfort. If you stay here avoid the basement. If you get this room you will need to leave room window open all day to control the humidity and smell leave towels to dry in the room, not the bathroom. Apart from this everything else is very good and good value for the money. I hope they fix the basement room eventually. Internet signal is a little low but speed is OK (not great but it works).

Zum einchecken muss man an einem anderen ort gehen! Zu mühsam mit dem koffer. Falls man fragen habt, muss man wieder dirt hin!
Einige zimmer haben auch kein balkon, was sehr unangehnem ist. Da dad zimmer extrem klein isz!

The pictures lie
The pictures here are not pictures of the tiny cramped room in which we stayed.
Cleanliness is not great. We found some hairs on the pillow.
Having to go to another building to get a key is a bit of hassle.
But the location is good.

At reception I was greeted by Arkadiy, who was very attentive. I told him that my biggest concern is noise. Arkadiy upgraded my room to a suite with a patio, which really proved to be quiet. As it takes some 5 minutes to walk from their reception to the suites, he had an employee to drive me and also show the room. The place was clean, spacious and secure, definitely above my expectations. The place is also only three minutes walk from the central market (Carmel), which I used to buy food for breakfast.

Over rated/priced
The room was ok but not worth the money. The bathroom was gross need update shower and had rust and mold. Location perfect to get to beach and the market in less than 5 minutes walking.

Zimmer: gute Betten, gutes Sanitär.
Nachttisch-Lampen zum Lesen ungeeignet.
Terrasse: nette Sitzecke für 4 Personen.
Sonnenschirm defekt aber noch brauchbar.
Lage: sehr zentral in beiden Richtungen: sowohl zum Strand als in die Stadt.
Fazit: empfehlenswert.

Ruhige und zentrale Lage
Die Lage ist nahe zum Beach und trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Von da ist fast alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war klein aber fein. Sehr sauber und modern.
