There wasn’t much selection when it came to the food, so we struggled with options throughout the stay. The resort itself is very quiet, with no music or atmosphere during the day, which made it feel lacking in energy for us personally. The pools look amazing visually, but they were far too cold to properly enjoy — even the supposedly heated pools didn’t feel warm or inviting enough. There also weren’t any daytime activities organised to get guests involved or create a bit of atmosphere around the resort. The staff were friendly, although not particularly accommodating. We asked if we could book the Crown service for just one day as we weren’t staying long enough to meet the three-day requirement, but this was refused and we were told it was at full capacity. In all honesty, the resort didn’t appear full, so it was disappointing they couldn’t be more flexible. Overall, the resort is beautiful to look at, but for us it felt more style over substance. It’s probably ideal if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, but it just wasn’t the right vibe for us and unfortunately we wouldn’t return.

Great hotel but needs to treat all its customers fairly. Charging 40 Euros / day for a sunbed cushion (albeit bundled with food & drinks) is a poor way to treat customers !! Staff were very friendly but when we checked in, we were left to find our rooms (5 minute walk away with 3 flights of stairs) with our luggage by ourselves. A bit disappointing

Hotel was great, spacious and stylish. All staff were professional, helpful and polite. Pools and facilities were immaculate and overall the hotel had a great, sophisticated vibe. Food could do with a review by Radisson team. Generally it was good, but some elements were suprisingly poor. Bacon was scorched to a crisp, omlettes were not great, fried foods were soggy. On the flip side bread was amazing, as was cheese, fruit, and variety of dishes each day. Some mixed dishes need better labelling of ingredients, such as chefs salad - total mystery with suprise tuna ! (Not good if you dont like tuna)

The room at the hotel was very neat and spacious. Cleaning was done daily and very timely. The staff were really nice and helpful too. There was street parking right in front of the hotel which was convenient and safe. The food was very good too, with different themed food on all the days of our stay. Definitely recommend.

Enorme déception, gâche totalement le voyage. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel. Pas de parking (travaux) et donc il faut se garer dans la rue qui est toujours full. Chambres absolument immondes au check-in : oreillers avec des tâches, cuillères à café avec du yaourt séché, poussière et cheveux par terre, clim HS. J'ai signalé le souci de clim : il n'a jaamis été réglé en 5 jours. Petit déjeuner avec un large buffet mais la qualité n'est pas du tout là. Hôtel loin du centre, 20 minutes à pied. Les piscines soit disant chauffées sont très froides, il n'y presque personne dans l'eau même en plein milieu de journée. Bref, cet hôtel a gâché mon voyage.

Eine schöne Hotelanlage, jedoch mit sehr enttäuschendem Abendbuffet. Vom verkochten Gemüse bis zu versalzenen oder geschmacklosen Gerichten war alles dabei und das war jeden Abend innerhalb von 8 Tagen so. Zudem war es sehr merkwürdig, dass die Hotelstaff bereits um 21.30 Uhr mit dem Abräumen des Buffets begann, obwohl gemäss Plan das Abendbuffet bis 22.00 Uhr geht. So kam man zum Dessert und gewisse Gerichte und vor allem die Beschriftung der Gerichte war bereits verschwunden. Zudem muss erwähnt werden, dass aufgrund einer "Aufräumstation" in der Mitte des Esssaals teilweise extremer Lärm vorhanden war, da hier das Geschirr sortiert und gewaschen wurde. Praktisch jeden Abend ging ein Glas oder Teller in die Brüche... Daneben war das Abendprogramm direkt neben dem Esssaal so laut, dass zusammen mit der Musik aus den Audioanlagen im Esssaal ein unangenehmer Geräuschpegel erreicht wurde. Ingesamt war das gesamte Abendbuffet sehr enttäuschen und frustrierend für den Preis, der dafür gezahlt wurde. Positiv zu erwähnen gibt es das Frühstück, welches eine gute Auswahl und leckeres Essen hatte. Ebenfalls positiv ist die schöne und gut gepflegte Hotelanlage.

Ocean view suite was beautiful, everything you needed. TV service intermittent ( weather issue?), bath faces you as you enter the room - strange concept. Staff were so kind. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel entertainment generally was ok, but really disappointed with the "highlight show of the week" - not professionalism you would have expected. Pools were great, yes a little on the cold side, but it is early in the year. Spa facilities we used and enjoyed treatments.

The most tranquil well positioned hotel and a lovely clean spacious junior suite with sea view in main building. A few shops bars and bus stops within easy walking distance. We were originally booked into an Oceonfront suite but changed due to the distance to walk from the very front of the hotel to the dining room etc. Not wholly suitable if chronic health concerns or mobility issues. Loved the huge private terrace with sun-beds, but ideally would choose a room with afternoon sun in future. Half board option excellent with a great selection of food at breakfast and dinner and water machine in lobby to refill your own water bottle. Only real negative, the main lounge is very small for a large hotel, with no sofas to lounge whilst enjoying an evening drink or watching live entertainment. Would definitely return as everything is to hand and only a 20 min taxi ride from the airport.
