Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sehr schön. Alles da, was man braucht. Personal auch super freundlich und der spa Bereich richtig schön. Massage war wunderbar . Das Einzige Problem war eine Gruppe Jugendlicher, die im spa Bereich über mehrere Stunden sehr sehr laut waren. Wir hatten das an der Rezeption auch angesprochen, doch leider konnte man uns nicht entgegenkommen. Ansonsten aber wirklich toll da!

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet, zwar teuer, aber für das Angebot akzeptabel. Dafür erwarte ich jedoch auch die volle Auswahl innerhalb der angebotenen Frühstückszeit, was leider nicht immer der Fall war. Auf Nachfrage brachte das freundliche Personal aber das Gewünschte zum Tisch. Die Lage im Ort ist super, alle Geschäfte und die Seepromenade sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage im Haus für 19 Euro pro Tag. Unser Zimmer (Kingsize Standard) war modern, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Waschplatz im Zimmer als Raumteiler ist ungewöhnlich, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Unser Zimmer lag zum Berg und zur Strasse, war aber nachts sehr ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, neues und modernes Haus mit äußerst freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft in 3. Reihe am Tegernsee. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, vor allem die Bäder. Von der Rooftop-Bar hat meinen einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Tegernsee. Wir hatten gebucht vom 20.09. Bis 21.09. Gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant Freyheit heute ganz geschlossen ist und die NI-BAR ROOFTOP ab 21:00 Uhr geschlossen ist. Es besteht aber die Möglichkeit in der Rooftop Bar ein Abendessen einzunehmen. Also gut. Um 18:00 wollten wir dies gerne tun. Angekommen wurde ins mitgeteilt, dass die Bar für die nächste Stunde ebenfalls für ein privates Event reserviert ist. Bitte, wie ist es möglich, dass wir einen vollen Übernachtungspreis zahlen, aber Null Service erhalten. Wir finden, ein Hotel muss diese Gegebenheiten (geschlossene Gastronomie wegen privaten Events) kommunizieren. Hätten wir vorab diese Information erhalten, würden wir ein anderes Hotel wählen. Also das Geburtstagsgeschenk an meinen Gatten ging leider nicht so aus wie ich mir das gewünscht hatte.
