Realicé reservación por Internet con un supuesto pago con tarjeta. Sin embrago al llegar al Hotel me enteré que no se había realizado el cobro y por tanto la reservación no estaba asegurada. Tuve que pagar en efectivo al momento de ingreso y tuve suerte de que no se hubiera ocupado el lugar, ya que realmente no había reservación.

Pésimas condiciones, todo mal, chapas oxidadas, cubre camas y fundas, sucias y demasiado desgastadas. La televisión nunca se apagó, control remoto no servía. Todo pésimo, pague las dos noches y realmente ocupe nada más la primera por necesidad

Me gusto la ubicación, tiene su playa privada, el personal es muy atento y resolvieron todos los problemas que surgieron. No me gusto que no ponen agua en el cuarto. Aparte por Expedia me pidieron el número de tarjeta y el número secreto y al llegar y querer pagar con tarjeta, me dijeron que el pago se debería hacer en efectivo, lo que me puso en un gran aprieto porque lo que llevaba para gastar lo ocupe para el hotel, gracias a que mi hija llevaba dinero tuvimos para los gastos, y en el lugar no hay bancos cercanos. Le falta mantenimiento al hotel por ejemplo en donde se encuentra una terraza se sumió por la humedad y no lo han reparado

Para empezar la dirección me dice que es en Tecolutlas, y esta ubicado en costa Esmeralda aproximadamente 35 km más, , consulta previa en la pagina, me dice que cuenta con cafetería, así es es, cuentan con cafetería pero no tienen servicio, el costo es elevado para la calidad de infraestructura y equipamiento que tiene el hotel, el acceso a la playa, esta muy peligroso, ya al bajar se terminan las escaleras, hay piedra y desechos de construcción, que hacen peligro y difícil el acceso.

Beautiful location, but overpriced room.

The staff and owner did do their best to make us happy. The location is beautiful on the outside, right by the beach, with garden areas and pool area also nice and cozy. The cleaning ladies were amazingly kind and kept the place clean, despite the water being out often, the toilet clogging, we had a REALLY GOOD time.The only reason I don't give it a better rating is because when I reserved the price was $76 USD, when I arrived, they charged us $120 USD which times five rooms and four nights, were a huge financial impact to my family. The rooms were very rustic, there was no WiFi, the price they charge, does not justify the amenities, except for the private beach we could enjoy. The A/C on/off switch is outside the room :( - Imagine, getting up in the middle of the night because you are cold, or hot and having to go outside the room, around the corner to turn on/off the A/C.

En realidad fue complicada... Desde la llagada me dijeron que no había reservación a mi nombre, al final me dijeron que siempre sí... Una tarde nos quedamos sin luz, otra sin agua, se anuncian con Wi-Fi pero solo hay señal en la recepción. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Cuando dejamos el hotel no habia quien me recibiera la llave y el control del aire. De verdad mal.

No reciben pago con tarjeta. la publicidad dice que tienen internet y cuando llegas te dicen que no tienen, el restaurante solo tiene desayunos y de los cuales solo son huevos con jamon y cafe (sin pan ni tortillas) estuve dos noches y no hicieron el servicio en el cuarto, nos dejaron sin papel y sin toallas limpias, nadie se nos nos pregunto nada, nadie se acerco a preguntarnos algo ni mucho menos a dar un buen servicio, ele Hotel esta muy bonito con buenas instalaciones y muy buen lugar en, la playa es bonita y privada pero todo se opaca con la falta de servicio y criterio de la gente que atiende¡¡¡

Nada, el hotel es decepcionante las instalaciones que dan hacia la playa están rotas derrumbadas todas, el área del “ restaurante” sucia parece abandonada, nada que ver con lo que anuncian por internet , eso me molesto mucho porque es un fraude, tienen publicidad engañosa y esta página debería de verificar que lo que anuncian los hoteles sea real. Todo mal el colchón terrible, agua fría , solicitamos cobijas y no tenían nos dieron lo que pudieron. Muy decepcionante

La ubicación excelente, todo limpio, pero las instalaciones están muy dañadas, no salia agua de la regadera, tiene televisión y no se ve ni un solo canal, la taza del baño de movía el lavabo esta suelto y tiene mucha humedad. Por el costo Vs Servicios esta muy caro.

Pésimo, empezando por que solo acepta pagos en efectivo, no emite facturas y siempre te atiende en el estacionamiento, no permite que entres a la dizque recepción. Fue una pesadilla estar ahí, la señora recepcionista (gorda y de mal aspecto) de ese hotel me puso una llamada con unos extorcionistas y tuve un secuestro virtual por culpa de esa señora. POR FAVOR NO VAYAN AHI.
