The room I requested was never available and I told them why is it listed if the room is not available and I said I want the one I requested and they said that room doesn't exist bad service really bad service

The place doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside, it has not sign or anything and you have to call to get in, we didn’t stay the night, we decided to leave
