Below Average Hotel, Not a 4-star One

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom wall, the towels were not prepared for 2 people, and the pictures of the breakfast have nothing to do with the reality. There was only about 20% of the food on the table. The pool was also very disappointing - very crowded, dirty, and cold. The locker-room was flooded the whole time, people there did not seem to mind it though. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. There were other actual 4-star hotels that I could have stayed at for the same price, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this one. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Ok experience. Had a fire alarm in the hallway beeping low battery. Reception had difficulty understanding the annoyance during night and said it will be fixed the next day. All good in the end though, as I myself suggested a change of room and this was made possible
