Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Il se trouve qu’il n’avait aucune chambre de ce type dans l’hôtel tout entier. Le gérant a été très malhonnête : il voulait que nous passions la nuit dans la chambre qui n’était pas celle réservée et que demain peut être il trouvera une solution (comme d’en créer une peut être ?!). Nous avons trouver un autre hôtel dans Tbilissi à minuit.
