Amazing 👌

We stayed in the same room as three friends, and our room was very spacious and airy, which made our stay really comfortable. We also had a beautiful, large balcony with a stunning view of the amusement park on the hill. At night, we enjoyed watching the park’s lights, which added a magical touch to our experience. The only downside was that the room was on the top floor without an elevator. However, the hotel staff were so helpful that we barely felt tired; they immediately took care of everything we needed. The hotel’s location is truly fantastic! Being so close to the city’s main attractions was a huge advantage. Staying in such a beautiful hotel on the main street was a wonderful experience. I would definitely choose this place again if I come back. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Thank you!

They demanded full payment up front.

I reserved 2 rooms for 8 nights each, but we left after only two nights. Despite my platinum status with Hotels.com, plus premium credit cards and debit cards, they demanded full payment in advance. There was no hint of this in their listing on Hotels.com. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, and many in Georgia, but this was a first. I saw absolutely no reason for their policy, and appeals to management did not help. No reason was given by them. If they could not trust me, I could not trust them.

Decent though some service could improve

The hotel is very decent with a great staff, friendly and smiling. I was only surprised by the fact that my room as cleaned only twice in 6-day stay, so no everyday service. The breakfast, while decently prepared, was very very scarce!
