Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The entire property appeared to be under renovation, and it seemed that the work had not yet been completed. The check-in process was also frustrating. The receptionist did not speak any English and asked about payment even though our accommodation had already been paid for in advance. We had booked a room with two separate beds, but upon arrival we were given a room with a double bed. To their credit, the staff were able to move us to another room with two beds after we raised the issue. The biggest problem was the extremely poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations and other noises from the neighboring room, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and I would not choose this property again.
