"The room on the whole was fine and the beds were comfortable. The floor could have benefited from a clean. The seal on the shower cubicle leaked and we had a mini lake in the bathroom after each shower. Sadly the lift was out of order during our stay which made the getting to and from our room and the restaurant harder for me as I have osteoarthritis in both knees. "

"Location was fantastic as we were travelling Europe by train. Easy walkable distance to the Old Town but plenty of bus stops located close by as well. Staff were great, had a private twin room and we were very happy with it. Great facilities for doing laundry as well. Overall I would happily recommend staying her to others. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a TV remote with a Guide so I could find BBC or CNN. But even better would have been a window that opened so I could have taken a photo and not had it been through a dirty window!!! I stayed here last week and did not get a Mobility card … this week I did! Wish they were consistent … and that the staff cared … because the gal I mentioned it to this morning did not."
