The entire staff is a true joy to be around: warm, attentive, genuinely happy, and always willing to help. Each guest is assigned a personal butler, which elevates the experience even further. Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable. This was my second time staying at Mandapa, and it certainly will not be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. You truly do not need to leave the property to have a perfect vacation. Mandapa offers everything on-site: immersive nature experiences, a beautiful temple, rice fields, outstanding restaurants and bars, a world-class spa, a fully equipped gym, and endless opportunities to relax and reconnect. It is the kind of destination where the vacation is simply being there."

They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable."

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great, we tried the scrambled eggs, the vegetable omelet and the breakfast bagel which were all very yummy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The property is gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again."

The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. It was my birthday and there was a birthday greeting on our bed plus I received two pieces of cake, one in the restaurant and one from room service. Can’t wait to return."
