For shared use: property 700 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 110 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 3 km, rocky beach 3 km, public bathing area 3 km. Tennis 3 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Swimming pool with hydromassage.
1-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. Dining room. Wohnung war klein und man konnte nicht so gut kochen mit der Platte. und eine 5 Appartement waren immer Menschen und kaum die von Möglichkeit den Pool und essbereich zu nutzen.

Incredible, and more than worth the price

Incredible apartment, nice pool, easy to park, exchange and supermarket are really close. Neighbours are nice, there were no sounds or anything.

es war soweit alles in Ordnung, für 2 Personen ausreichend. Es fehlten ein paar Gläser, Vermieter hat sich sofort gekümmert. Zur Anregung: Es müßte über einen Sonnenschutz am Pool nachgedacht werden ! Objekt können wir weiter empfehlen.
