Fatal, íbamos a comprar una noche más y nos sacaron de hotel como a unos perros porque aún cuando ya se le había informado al supuesto gerente que nos quedaríamos una noche más y él aún así colocó las habitaciones como disponibles y no nos informaron nada yo baje a las 9am para tratar de que me ayudaran con el pago porque la tarjeta no se aparecía la compra y fue hay cuando me indicaron que no podíamos continuar en el hotel. The prior reviews were misleading

We stayed in this hotel for one night, as we traveled a day earlier than expected and our preferred hotel was not available. It was a very modest hotel with uncomfortable beds and pillows; only one sheet (very deteriorated and old) as cover, not a comforter or bed spread. It would had been ok, until the morning after we stayed there I read a review from a person who traveled a week earlier and said they found LICE in the beds and that the workers indicated that they do not wash the bed sheets to save water. I personally didn’t find anything on the bed but just the thought of it makes me queasy.

Hotel did not live up to website

We chose the hotel because of the 24 hour desk and the restaurant. We assumed there would be a staff member who spoke English. We did not find a restaurant - we were led around the back street to have breakfast at a tiny cafe. There was no grocery & convenience store or coffee shop - there was access to black drip coffee but no milk to have in it, or anything else. There were a couple of packets of noodles on a shelf - was that the convenience store? One staff member knew a couple of words of English but no-one else.There was no airport shuttle - we were told to get a taxi. Ordering a taxi to get back to the airport by 4.00AM was difficult and we had to ask an interpreter from another activity to help us to make sure that it arrived. There was one pamphlet re local sightseeing but this was only in Spanish. The hotel definitely does not cater for English-speaking visitors - but the staff were very friendly. The photo on the website was not taken from the street entrance - it looks very different
