"This was a "work" trip to visit the coffee farm and get information on importing green coffee. The cottages were very clean and equiped with everything you could need for your stay. The staff didn't speak any English which was a little bit of a barrier since we didn't speak Spanish, but with the help of google translate it worked. We had a tour of the farm from one of the owners who was very kind and informative. The food was good and staff was attentive. The spa was beautiful and relaxing, we...

"We had a great stay at argovia the, cabins are clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice and always accomodating. There were not as many flowers in bloom this time of year, but what they did have was beautiful! We loved all the food and coffee we had while it, it was an amazing place."

"The hotel and staff very nice, beds are excelent in my opinion and the property is very clean. The only problem with this property is that the elevator is broken. Thank god I was on the second floor, other than that the property is very nice. "

"Localizado en el centro de Tapachula, el hotel es limpio, el personal amable y la comida es rica, las instalaciones aunque limpias son un poco viejas debido a que el hotel es de los más viejitos de la ciudad "

We had a tour of the farm from one of the owners who was very kind and informative. The food was good and staff was attentive. The spa was beautiful and relaxing, we had very nice massages, the pools were very clean, there was someone out there cleaning them every morning. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It is a little harder to get here, we used a taxi service who also had a driver that didn't speak english and wanted more money then was agreed upon, this was the only negative as we were just arriving, after a day of traveling and 2 hour drive to get here. The staff made sure we had dinner and delivered it to our room.

"This was a really nice hotel, however, as we were sitting at the pool (the only white people), the server was bringing food and drinks to everyone poolside but would not even LOOK at us, or acknowledge that we were there. We had to walk inside to order a drink to take back to the pool. The front desk woman told us she would call a taxi for the airport in the morning, but then seemed put out when we came and asked her if she could help us with that. Bedding was comfortable, room was nice, pool was nice but the guy at the pool ruined it for us."
