The owner went out of her way to make us feel at home and make sure our time in Taormina went smoothly, helping us to arrange taxis and giving us great suggestions for alternative plans when a pre-booked sailing trip was canceled because of the weather. The room was cosy and comfortable. The few small issues with had in the room she immediately resolved for us. It was absolutely silent in the room despite late night festivities at restaurants and bars nearby the neighborhood.

Little bit of history.

Lovely little hotel at the top of the town, quiet and set back. Quaintly old fashioned but the room had everything I needed. Breakfast at nearby cafes, very near the tiny duomo. Make sure you approach it (if walking) through the pedestrian street. I used the main road in error, not easy.

Fresh and clean room with a very cosy patio which we had breakfast and afternoon drink every day. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped with restaurant recommendations and any other inquiry we had.

Romantic stay

Our room was a little smaller than expected but was very comfortable. The bathroom is modern and everything works well. Location is excellent, 2 minutes from the Piazza del Duomo and pedestrian street. Parking close by at Puerta Catania. I believe the rooms all have little balconies and we had a perfect view of Mt. Etna. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Μας υποδέχτηκε ο κύριος Σέρχιο ο οποίος ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός. Αν και δεν ήταν ενημερωμένος για την άφιξή μας επικοινώνησε άμεσα με την ιδιοκτήτρια για να επιβεβαιώσει την κράτησή μας. Όταν μας πήγε στο δωμάτιο και είδαμε ότι στην δεν είχε καμπίνα στο ντουζ επικοινώνησε πάλι με την ιδιοκτήτρια και μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο στον πάνω όροφο το οποίο είχε καμπίνα (ουσιαστικά μας έκαναν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση). Το δωμάτιο αυτό είχε ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολλή γλυκιά, φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να δώσει οδηγίες και συμβουλές. Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό, βρίσκεται μέσα στο κέντρο της πανέμορφης Ταορμίνα και μόλις 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από το σταθμό στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων (μέσα στην πόλη απαγορεύεται παντού η στάθμευση). Το πρωινό δεν είχε ιδιαίτερη ποικιλία αλλά ήταν γευστικό. Ευτυχώς και οι δύο κύριοι μιλούσαν αγγλικά (πράγμα σπάνιο για Ιταλία) οπότε δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα επικοινωνίας.
