Séjour globalement agréable, mais très déçu par le service de ménage. Dans la description de l’hôtel avant réservation, il est indiqué qu’un ménage quotidien est prévu. Pourtant, durant mes 4 jours dans un chalet, personne n’est venu faire le ménage, même après ma réclamation à la réception. Ce manque de suivi est dommage et ne correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé.

First of all this one of the best places... But only one think . The swimming pool was the worst and the guy work there ! Je was very rude! Some of the staff they really do hard work and they giv much they can ! Like Hasan in the bar very friendly and good service!! Miriam in the reception Amazing very professional this 2staff made me feel comfortable and enjoyable my stay Thank you The rest of the staff are always tierd!

j'ai l'jabitude de passer mes vacances a lunja village.ce qui m'interesse c'est la sécurité de cet etablissrment il se trouve dans la region dAGADIR pleine de sites naturels ou l'individu peut passer d'agreables vacances .cette region est connue pour son agreale climat pendant toute l'année a visiter AGADIR .AMESOUANE.VALLEE DU PARADIS.VILLA AL LAYMOUNE.AKESHI.IMOUZER ET PLAGES IMI OUDER.PLAGE AGHROUD et la liste est tres longue c'est la 7 eme année que je visite cet endroit et a chaque depart je penses a y revenir vraiment c'est agréable

Nice property and beach nearby but bad service.

Very nice property in a good location. Beach nearby is amazing. However, the service can be better. Check in/out very slow. The appartement was not ready and we had to call 4 times and go to reception at 11pm to get blankets and towels.

Only operational in the summer rhe property is not well maintained and staff is not sufficient. About 2 hours for checking. The tea room supposed to be open akl day no one there. We had to call the waiter from the bar for coffee. No snacks/ restaurants around the pool. The appartment is big but no need for all that space for 4 people. No A/C. No soap. Only 2 towels. We were disappointed.

Hôtel à déconseiller. Hôtel qui lui manque beaucoup de professionnalisme et d'organisation. Nous sommes restés 7 jours dans l'hôtel, pas de femme de ménage pour faire le ménage et changer les draps. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans tous l'hôtel et la nuit c'est impossible de dormir avec les moustiques et les bestioles partout dans le chalet. Il y a des gens qui ont trouvé un scorpion devant leur appartement. Petit déjeuner qui n'est pas bon. J'ai passé 7 horrible jours dans ce hôtel.

Aller ailleurs !!!

En résumé tout été nul. Pour commencer 2h d'attente pour s'enregistrer. Puis enfin vient La découverte de l'appartement comment dire infectés de fourmis, des tâches de partout sur le canapé rideau mur ... La cuisine n'ont parlons même pas impossible de toucher quoique ce soit. Pour aller à agadir le soir faut compter +1h pour faire 30km à cause des bouchons. Et quand on rentre pour se garer c'est une mission pour trouver une place. Le parc aquatique de l'hôtel est payant c'est inadmissible. Pas de réseau dans la chambre. 2 serviettes pour un appart de 4 personnes. En bref aucune raison de loger dans cet hôtel.
