This is a very nice boutique hotel -it is off the main road which we liked a lot but also means tough walk up unpaved road and stairs to access rooms. Not a negative but something to be aware of. Rooms are big and private and lots of towels! Continental breakfast just ok but can order off very affordable menu for a great breakfast made to order that was excellent. We had a great stay!

This felt like a little quiet private piece of paradise off the beaten path in Tamarindo. The grounds were so lush and very well maintained. Everything was as expected. Our room was the basic booking through Expedia and far exceeded our expectations. It was huge, nicely decorated and the stone shower was very cool. The owner and his wife were very helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged for reasonable transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. We loved the short walk to the main streets of town. It helped keep us moving and we were lucky enough to see Howler monkeys in the trees overhead. A great small and reasonably priced place to stay in paradise!

We really enjoyed our stsy. There were 4 of us and we stayed in the room with the bedroom in the loft area. We spent a lot of time on our patio and our little pool as it was very hot. Staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed that after we booked we found out that the free breakfast was not including the hot items which the pictures had been a selling feature for us. But, the continental was fine. All is sll a great stay. The property is on a hill so you get a great workout. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and from the core area. Restaurants were close by. A great quiet location. We would recommend this place.
